We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Chef Concierge/Director of Guest Relations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing all aspects of guest services.
Job Responsibility:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Coordinate guest requests and ensure prompt resolution of any issues
- Manage reservations, including dining, transportation, and entertainment bookings
- Oversee the training and development of front desk and guest services staff
- Maintain a high level of communication between departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Candidate Requirements:
- Studying hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
