The role holder will provide support to the wholesales business for account opening, servicing, and closure.


In this role you will:


  • Receive all Wholesales Client requests relating to: Client Amendments, Mandates Processing, Account Maintenance, Client Data Request, Audit Confirmations, Account Closures.
  • Check that customer information received is sufficient to proceed, as outlined in requirements from Service Recipient in the Applicable Policies and Procedures.
  • Conduct due diligence checks in accordance with the on boarding checklist.
  • Ensure that all the approvals (if any) are collected before any opening account or updates.
  • Make sure all requests are received via the approved workflow tools.
  • Review and analyse transactional activity for suspicious/unusual patterns of activity utilizing various internal systems, reports and external data sources.
  • Collaborate with the other Ops structures to provide customer information or evidence when needed, 
  • Update the customer information on the system as requested by the Business and insure to check the related evidence before doing it.
  • Capture and amend customer signatures and account signing rules, process amendments to customer signatures. 
  • Prepare the MI for the monthly fiscal report.
  • Check the Production orders received via the generic mailbox and update the tracker. 
  • Satisfy customer needs/requested while respecting our group policies and procedures.
  • Maintain direct debits and standing orders on core banking systems based on instructions received from GPS.
  • Set up tariff and charge codes, Collect/refund account opening and monthly services fee from LoB / GPS.
  • Blocking and unlocking accounts as per business instructions.
  • Ensure that the customer files are held on archive room.
  • Provide support to CDD team by documents verification.
  • Send call back -letters to corporate customers for address, cheque book and telephone changes.
  • Provide a good quality of work to satisfy customers’ needs/requests while respecting our group policies and procedures.
