About the Role



+ As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving Yassir's growth by finding and attracting top technical talent to meet our business needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and assessing candidates to partnering with hiring managers and engineering leads to deliver a seamless hiring experience. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles and industries, as well as advanced sourcing techniques.
+ You’ll be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline, with a focus on positions such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and more.

Key Responsibilities



+ Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including writing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers.
+ Partner closely with department heads and engineering leaders to define hiring needs and ensure alignment with team objectives and company growth strategies.
+ Use advanced sourcing methods on social media, job boards, and other platforms to attract top technical talent.
+ Conduct thorough technical interviews using a variety of techniques (behavioral, technical assessments, etc.) to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
+ Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to both hiring managers and candidates, providing an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
+ Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to improve the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.
+ Keep up to date with tech trends and market changes to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
+ Create and manage job offer letters, negotiate salaries, and oversee onboarding processes for successful candidates.
+ Actively participate in tech conferences, meetups, and networking events to engage with the tech community and build Yassir’s employer brand.

Requirements



+ Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Experience: At least 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles and proven experience working with senior technical hires.
+ Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and industries (software development, data science, DevOps, etc.) with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions.
+ Sourcing Expertise: Advanced skills in sourcing candidates using a wide range of techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, social media, tech forums, etc.).
+ Interviewing Skills: Ability to conduct thorough technical interviews, including assessments of coding skills, system design, and problem-solving abilities.
+ ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases, along with proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
+ Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate candidates’ fit for roles and the organization.
+ Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align on hiring strategies and goals.
+ Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
+ Networking: Experience participating in and contributing to tech communities and events.
+ Adaptability: Ability to adjust recruitment strategies based on changing business needs and market conditions.
