As a Site EHS Lead, you will:

Key Responsibilities:
1.1 Design - Planning - Forecasting:
• Contribute to the development of EHS Management and Sustainable Development systems as well as the implementation, improvement and monitoring (Policy, objectives and targets, program, procedures, audit, etc.).
• Contribute to the development of EHS training programs
• Ensure the planning, organization and follow-up of internal EHS audits (L1/L2/L3/L4).
• Ensure regulatory monitoring relating to EHS.
• Participate in work meetings, exchanges of experiences, improvements, company visits and represent the site or department, if necessary, to official, local or Group contacts.
• Ensure the deployment of Maturity (IH and Process safety) as well as Duty Holder IH & Process Safety programs
• Contribute to the achievement of the site's objectives.
1.2 Realization - Execution - Implementation:
• Ensure the assessment of general EHS risks related to the site's activities as well as specific risks (Chemical, Noise, Ergonomics, PHIRA, etc.).
• Ensure the development of communication, information, training and awareness-raising materials in the EHS field
• Draft, verify and approve EHS procedures
• Organize and conduct periodic management reviews (EHS Councils, CPHS, and annual performance reviews)
• Achievement of the personal objectives and development plans agreed.
1.3. Follow-up - Control:
• Follow up on EHS deviations and anomalies (Risk Assessment, Dangerous Situations, Near Misses, Audits, Accidents, SIFS) and participate in their investigations
• Monitoring and reporting of GSK Group EHS indicators.
1.4. Management :
• Ensure interaction with the various departments and services to ensure the achievement of EHS objectives and targets and participate in continuous improvement.
• Ensure the continuous improvement of EHS systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of the various systems
• Ensure follow-up and participation in projects, provide expertise and support to anticipate EHS risks and failures.
• Contribute to the definition and proposal of the OPEX and CAPEX EHS site
• Set the EHS training plan and ensure its delivery
• Ensure the development of the EHS team and set up a succession plan.
• Ensure the distribution of tasks and activities to employees.
Quality-related activities :
• Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentary Practices
• Compliance with Procedures and Standards relating to quality.
The main "deliverables" resulting from the activities of the position:
• Maintaining the site's EHS programs in compliance with EHS local regulations and standards,
• Maintaining EHS Management Systems in compliance
• Achieving personal goals set at the beginning of the year
• Personal conduct reflecting GSK EHS policy, GSK's Code of Conduct as well as the company's internal code.
