The site head is a key contributor to the Cluster / GBU leadership team. The Site Head leads and inspires the teams on site. They mobilize and influence the resources across the network to be allocated by the GF to their site to execute the SITE strategy and deliver the M&S ambition. This in an environment of openness & collaboration maximizing the contribution between sites and Global support functions. This connectivity will allow to deliver a new-right level of Performance. Role definiton :


Global Network Citizen: Prioritizes the One Sanofi interest and M&S ambition navigating and influencing the matrix organization.


Business leader: Has a stand on with a clear strategy and business plan for the site and accountable to deliver the site priorities and the BOI in line with the M&S Strategy.


Performance Champion: Embrace digital innovation, AI, GenAI to democratize data and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness.


Transformation Leader: Acts as change management and culture role model to foster employee’s engagement and build a psychologically safe and collaborative workplace.


People Developer: Unleashes the potential of each and everyone and prepares the leaders of the future. Takes bold decisions to ensure the right talents are at the right place.


Decision Maker: Takes timely and data based decisions in a fast moving and complex environment to drive site performance and progress. Promotes an environment where decisions are taken at the right level.


Sanofi Representative: Represents Sanofi leadership as a spoke person in relationship with local stakeholders (internal and external)


Experience and performance :


Higher level technical/scientific education (BSc/MSc).


Experience in pharmaceuticals/production environment


Strong knowledge of quality, compliance matters, manufacturing excellence and HSE


Proven track record of leading multifunctional diverse teams.


Financial and business acumen Ø Results and performance driven.


Proven track record in driving continuous improvement mindset.


Strong communication skills


Depending on the country local language required


Plus: Proven experience in managing E2E Global projects
