Sales & Pharma representative (Alger )

Danone MENA is looking for a commercial and pharmaceutical delegate for its Specialized Nutrition activity MENA, based in Algiers, Algeria.

Missions:

• Responsible for achieving and developing sales objectives in their sector
• Ensure excellent execution in all the points of sale they cover
• Visit all points of sale according to the tour plan established by the hierarchy
• Ensure the availability and assortment of DDA products in all points of sale according to the MSL established by the hierarchy
• Ensure the achievement of KPIs DN, PDL, PDO, and KBIs coverage and synchronization
• Implement and follow up on promotional actions in-store
• Make regular reports within the deadlines set by the hierarchy
• Monitor the number of POS in their sector in the category and add new POS
• Ensure competitive intelligence
• Demonstrate market reactivity in case of novelty, problem, or blockage

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have the following qualifications and professional experience:

Profile:

• Commercial training, such as a BAC + 2
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in FMCG or pharmaceutical distribution
• Field knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Algiers, Algeria.

Languages Required:

Fluent in French and English.

Mobility:

Ideally, the candidate should be open to relocating within the region or outside the region within Danone within 3-4 years if such an opportunity arises and contributes to their professional growth.
