We are Education Solutions, a leading company specializing in supporting and recruiting international students for higher education institutions in Russia. We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team as Sales Managers at our office in Algiers.
▎Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming inquiries in Arabic, French, and English;
• Actively searching for and recruiting potential students, providing advice on studying in Russia;
• Working with a premium clientele;
• Guiding clients through all stages of the sales process;
• Preparing regular reports on work results.
▎Candidate Requirements:
▎Mandatory Qualifications:
• University degree (completed or in progress);
• Minimum age: 20 years;
• Fluency in Arabic and English;
• Experience in sales involving high-value transactions;
• Strong communication skills with premium clientele;
• Knowledge of education and international relations.
▎Personal Qualities:
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proactive attitude;
• Sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset;
• Ability to work independently.
▎Work Schedule:
• Availability to answer calls from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM;
• Flexible working hours can be discussed with management;
• Focus on results rather than time spent in the office.
