The Opportunity
This position works can be based in either out of our offices in either MOROCCO OR ALGERIA, for our Structural Heart division, where you will be responsible for developing and growing market potential for Abbott SH in a specific territory to the fullest through clinical andtechnical supportand to expand our market share in key markets in north /west Africa through distributor management to ensure new sales lead generation in order to ensure we achieve our sales targets and growth year over year.
What You’ll Do:
- Grow our presence in those markets in North West Africa( mainly Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria )by increasing our Market share against the competition.
- Keep direct contact with the end users/KOL’s and provide the clinical and education support when its required.
- Regular customer visits, development of the sales territory, observe our competitors, maintain close contact to the KOL`s and give feedback to the division manager SH
- Manage closely the distributor activities and provide the training to their teams to ensure we grow the business in the region.
- Responsible for decision making regarding plan submissions, distributor management and commitments and our marketing/educational approach towards the territory in charge.
- Responsible for trainings and workshops within the territory as well as provide clinical andtechnical support
- Increase sales within the base and establishing new accounts
- Be responsible for effectively dealing with customer complaints and recommending consignment accounts where necessary.
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in life sciences or marketing.
Minimum of 3 years Medical Clinical Support/Sales Experience, Medical training (RN, EMT,Perfusion, etc.) background strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- 3 year’s experience in a Sales roles have soldMedical Devicesspecifically within the
- French and English language essential.
- Experience within Cardiology is Essential.
