SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities:
Make formulations available for products with specific and optimized process parameters.
Support and provide training to production operators with process optimization on a daily basis
Optimize recipes and Update changes to maintain competitiveness in the local market within the framework set by regional and global R&D
Give technical support and cooperate closely with maintenance.
Follow-up process and quality deviations and investigate product complaints and describe the local production process for sustainable training of operators.
Provide compliance documents in accordance with various standards and directives like IOS MAT, REACH, ROHS, food contact, etc.
