ABOUT THE ROLE :
The Marketing Director is involved in the strategic direction and implementation of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive growth and foster innovation.
TASKS :
+ Develop and implement Yassir's global marketing strategy, in alignment with business objectives.
+ Design innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive growth.
+ Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
+ Use data to inform marketing decisions and adapt strategies in line with market developments.
+ Coach and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring members work collaboratively and effectively.
+ Collaborate with other departments to maximize partnership opportunities.
+ Oversee the creation of attractive and relevant marketing content for the various communication channels.
+ Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
+ Use data to adjust strategies and maximize ROI.
+ Encourage innovation within the marketing team by exploring new technologies and methods to achieve marketing objectives.
Profil :
+ Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
+ Significant experience of at least 5 years in marketing directorship roles, ideally in the technology or transportation sector.
+ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
+ Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
