ABOUT THE ROLE : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Managing all HR administrative aspects
Conducting monthly payroll reviews, statistics and reports
Providing information to employees
Managing all employee data in HRIS
Updating employee records
Providing support for employee administration and processing issues
Assisting in the development and management of HR programs
Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
Requirements :
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
Experience with HRIS
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
