Field Service Engineer II



We have an opportunity for an Field Service Engineer II to join us at Honeywell in ALGIERS, DZA. To be successful in this role, you need to have minimum of 4-5 years of experience in field service engineering or related roles, strong technical background in engineering and Honeywell EBI, DVM , Access control , BMS, Fire , CCTV solid knowledge.

As a Senior Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, leading field service projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions. Your leadership skills, technical knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be crucial in driving the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.
You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our location on a work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

Key Responsibilities:



• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
• Lead and execute field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in field service engineering or related roles Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team Strong technical background in engineering, preferably in [specific field] Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving business targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Strategic mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions Honeywell EBI, DVM, Access control, BMS, Fire, CCTV solid knowledge. Financial Acumen.
