Ensuring alignment with regard to all functional CRM support topics such as change management process, data loading and its release management
Maintains customer database, cleans, updates constantly, reviews and approves/rejects sales team requests to add new customers
Provides daily support to the users, by phone or email, or by partnering with the IS department or the software company to provide solutions to the users having issues
Ensures the good performance of the CRM tool and data accuracy in due time
Extracts data from CRM system (Salesforce - Veeva) to support marketing campaigns and effectively meet deadlines
Collaborate with global team (IS, Global CRM team….) to drive best practices and process improvement
Support the salesforce effectiveness (SFE) operations and process (territory alignment change, cycle plan implementation, customer segmentation implementation….)
Support the SME lead on the different projects related to commercial excellence (Sales, Marketing, digital)
