Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content that drives audience engagement and brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and the ability to create compelling content through graphic design and video editing. The ability to learn, be creative, and follow specific brand guidelines is crucial.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop and execute engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitter, etc.).
Plan and strategize content that aligns with brand identity, audience preferences, and marketing objectives.
Research industry trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices to optimize content effectiveness.
Ensure all content aligns with each artist's unique brand aesthetics and messaging.
Video Editing:
Edit long-form and short-form videos into high-impact, engaging content optimized for social media.
Apply creative editing techniques, including transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and sound design.
Repurpose content across different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Optimize videos for mobile-first consumption and platform-specific requirements.
Graphic Design:
Design social media graphics, promotional materials, and marketing assets that enhance brand presence.
Develop eye-catching visuals such as posters, advertisements, and branded content.
Ensure consistency in design elements and messaging across all content.
Stay up-to-date with design trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration & Brand Consistency:
Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to execute content strategies.
Maintain a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic across all digital platforms.
Adapt and iterate on content based on performance insights and feedback.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
Experience developing content for social media, particularly for entertainment, music, or creative industries.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva.
Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Creative thinker with a strong visual aesthetic.
Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.
