Job Summary:
As a Captain - Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the food and beverage service within a venue. Your main duty will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and staff management.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage service staff
- Ensure proper set-up of tables and dining areas according to standards
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to inquiries or complaints promptly
- Train and mentor new staff members
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
