The position is based in our Algerian Affiliate and reports directly to Commercial Excellence Director.


The position


In this role, you will be responsible for driving business insights and intelligence by analyzing data, assessing market dynamics, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance performance and decision-making.


You will carry out the following tasks:


  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and a centralized database to track and share insights.
  • Support affiliate investment strategies and business planning with market assessments and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor new models and projects.

Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you need to have:


  • University degree in statistics, economics, business sciences, or a related field.
  • Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with pharmaceutical sales, marketing, medical and market access functions
  • Experience on handling data, creating useful business insights through data
  • Experience in developing and managing dashboards using Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Good English skills
