What will be your role
The Business Analysis team helps all General Managers make their market grow. You will be responsible for the Algerian market but may also be required to work with our General Managers responsible for other countries. You are pairing with your local General Manager to define the right growth strategy for their market.
What will you do?
As a business analyst, your goal will be both to support and challenge the General Manager you are working with, and the main pillars of your scope will be:Marketplace analysis: digging into all our internal metricsGrowth Strategy: defining and developing our growth plans and experimentsCompetition Intelligence: Look for and analyze how our competitors are growing. Recommendations: Make recommendations to grow as fast as possible in a scalable manner. To do so, you will be in charge of setting business analysis frameworks, sharing high standards analysis methodologies, and enforcing data best practices. You will also help us go deeper in our understanding of our complex marketplaces with advanced analyses.
Does it sound like you?
• You have a background in engineering, business management, consulting, start-up or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience with at least 1 year in a high paced or startup environment
• You are Fluent in French and English
• You're a natural problem solver & multitasker and proven self-starter with owner’s mentality
• You have a strong analytical background in Excel and SQL (Python is a plus)
• You have a strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships,
• You show willingness to get your hands dirty, understand and execute in operations at all levels
• You have an ability to work autonomously and you love being part of a teamBonus if you know the mobility sector and use Heetch a lot!
