The Spa Attendant is responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring the cleanliness of all Spa facilities.

• Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Secure supplies and equipment and keep an accurate inventory list.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the garden room,  locker/facility areas, fitness area, aquatic area & slipper room throughout the day.
• Maintain closets and prep areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning employees break room and back of the house spaces.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area throughout the day.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Report maintenance issues to Spa Management Team in a timely and effective manner.
• Fully comply with rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facilities.

• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
