Lead and oversee the Data Analytics initiatives within the organization. Manage the Data
Management and Data Products portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance for data analytics projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, data scientists, and specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to drive business growth and innovation.
• Cultivate a data-driven culture within the organization and promote best practices for data governance and data management.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful execution of data analytics projects.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for data analytics tools and services.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on the progress and impact of data analytics initiatives to C-level management.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, AI and cloud computing.
• Lead budgeting and cost optimization efforts for data analytics projects.
• understanding potential impact of competing technologies, assessing their strategic significance, defining their strategic role and scope, roadmap, relationship to existing standards, and periodically reviewing those standards.
• Provide expert consultancy and coaching on architectural patterns and solution designs to project teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 12+ Years’ experience in handling Enterprise Data
• Proven experience in a leadership role within data analytics, preferably as a Senior
Manager in Data Analytics or similar position.
• Strong technical skills and architectural knowledge in data analytics, AI, and cloud
technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor
management.
• Experience reporting directly to C-level management and presenting complex technical
concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Familiarity with diversified data products, data lakes technologies.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization techniques for data analytics projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Certifications in data analytics, AI, or cloud computing (e.g. TOGAF, CDMP, Cloud
Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
