Job Description

What you’ll do

This role mainly takes the responsibility of ensuring to perform investment and site maintenance process aligned with company targets and Vodafone standard. The role requires budget, RSP tender & management, material delivery, site acceptance, mobile BTS operation management as well.


• Managing and guiding Central RAN Rollout & Field Operation team to perform responsibilities.


• e2e management (delivery plan, target, budget and investment tracking, asset management) of given technology. Infrastructure design & sustainable management of sites. Ensuring necessary actions are taken for the obligation of ICTA and Group rules


• Mobile BTS operation with the structure of 7/24 field operation, fleet management and modernization.


• Site acceptance process via digital tools & site visits with ensuring on-time on air & acceptance & GR & GI process compliant with VF standards and vendor budget management.


• Preparation and delivery of presentations to the VF Turkey top management team. Holding meetings with VF Group organization.


• Tender readiness, tender contract management, SOW and preparation.


• Determine new site infrastructure & rollout strategies via using historical data and digital tools. Provide best practice guidelines and ability to apply them. Ensure on going digitalization on processes and field works.


• Create an environment which closely work with regional teams by sharing knowledge, feedback to carry out all services related network activities and to meet KPIs targets and ensure that performing company targets.


• Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans




Who you are

• Graduate from Electronics, Computer or Telecommunication Engineering.


• Min 10 years of experience in Telecommunication sector


• Good knowledge about 2G, 3G, LTE mobile network and field operation.


• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities. Curiosity, fast, multi-functional and multi-tasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication


• To have intermediate or advance level of English.
