Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of both the brokerage and insurance sales teams. Ensure operational excellence, timely follow-ups, and seamless customer experiences. Implement performance tracking systems to monitor sales and operational metrics.
- Serve as an escalation point for partner agencies for operational issues.
- Provide market feedback for senior executives as appropriate.
- Oversee scheduling, time off etc. taking into account business needs.
- Serve as a technical or business resource for the technical team and client service team as appropriate
- Work together with our technical team to improve our technology work flow.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with business and operational principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Provides oversight to department managers in handling points of friction and to maximize efficiency
- Ensure policies and highly skilled staff are supporting the organization
- Ensures a high level of performance at all levels to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of operations
