Business Development Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Engineer to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Researching and identifying potential business opportunities and target markets
2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
4. Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients
5. Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients
7. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
8. Providing regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and performance
9. Participating in industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of customer retention

Preferred Candidate:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or related field
2. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Highly self-motivated and target-driven
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Flexibility to travel as required
10. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
