A leading private sector company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled فني مطابخ to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The فني مطابخ will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service. The فني مطابخ will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, ordering and replacing parts, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
2. Inspect equipment and identify any faults or issues.
3. Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
4. Order and replace parts as needed.
5. Ensure that all work is carried out safely, following all relevant health and safety guidelines.
6. Provide excellent customer service, communicating with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
7. Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including parts used and time taken.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in kitchen equipment.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all work is completed efficiently.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Previous experience as a فني مطابخ or similar role.
2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
6. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
7. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
