  • Conducting training sessions for staff on IT systems and maintaining documentation related to IT processes and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing large volumes of documents.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Assisting in quality audits by providing access to relevant documents and ensuring audit-readiness.
