We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, quality service delivery, and client satisfaction while managing a team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Workflow Management: Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits to mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving issues to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasting expenses, analyzing variances, and implementing cost-saving initiatives to achieve financial objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing operational performance, achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in operations management or related roles within the facilities management industry.
- Proven track record of leadership, team management, and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of facility management practices, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
