You will guide the Kinaxis team and will ensure the services are provided according to the agreed SLA. Let's craft the future together!


What will you be doing?


  • Your primary responsibilities will be Global and will cover: Running the technical internal teams and 3rd party vendors. Full range of support from break/fix to systems performance and systems administration.
  • (70%) Serves as the main point of contact for all Kinaxis technical aspects and handle the Kinaxis tech stream.
  • (10%) Participates in KINAXIS related projects (releases and/or rollouts) and conducts requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, CRPs, training, functional specification, testing, configuration, data conversion and solution governance.
  • (10%) Ensures solution consistency and assists in facilitating the change leadership interventions within technical area and contributes to the Design Authority process by assessing impact of the new requests on the core solution.
  • (10%) Focus on continuous improvement, keeping up with industry and proactively advising the business of new capabilities that can help them support the company growth and strategy.

What will you need to be successful?


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
  • Preferred to have KINAXIS certification / ITIL Qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery activities, including leading contact centers and order management activities.
  • Kinaxis Application support, configuration & Development. Experience in information systems, applications – including APS (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Network Planning, SIOP, Command & Control Center), and project management, preferably in regulated life science industry.
  • Management of multiple full implementation cycles of APS in a global environment required.
  • Management experience in large, distributed IT organizations driving application development and support.
  • Functional and technical expertise in KINAXIS business processes and model. Large ground-breaking projects.
  • Vendor and offshore management. Budget management. Ability to work with globally located, culturally diverse teams.
  • Leadership: Ability to set expectations with business partners and efficiently leverage governance for a positive business partner experience.
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and relationship building and collaborator engagement skills.
