• Process expert for benefits with the governance role of policy setting
• Coordination and management of benefits renewals, identification and implementation of best practices and market trends
• Analysis of existing benefit processes within the area and work on solutions to optimize their best execution
• Being a key contact for external benefits service providers and internal stakeholders
• Participation to cross-functional project teams 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, management engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits preferably in a multinational organization,
• Experience in analyzing data and trends,
• Excellence in communication, interpersonal and organization management skills,
• Proactive, and independent, able to work with minimal guidance and result oriented,
• Experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and customer orientation,
• Fluency in English
