Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead the sales team by example, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products/services and enhance existing offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our brand and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within Welding products (welding rods).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
