Manage the recruitment process as per Rotana standards to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner and with the most suitable candidate
Monitor the Human Resources budget to maintain departmental expenses on or below the approved figures
Maintain a fully functioning Human Resources department to provide efficient and timely services to all Hotel Employees
Develop Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure Hotel practices are aligned with Corporate guidelines and country laws
Provide line management and Employees with advice and guidance to align behaviours and practices with the Hotel performace expectations and standards
Assist the Director of Human Resources in the development of the Human Resources Employees to ensure job satisfaction, Employee retention and for succession planning purposes
Monitor the Employee housing and welfare activities to ensure Employee life style and living conditions meet Rotana standards
Monitor the performance management cycle to ensure appraisals are conducted effectively and as per Rotana standards
Audit all Employee legal documents and Human Resources practices to avoid discrepancies and increase the department’s operational efficiency
Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
