Managing competing deadlines effectively related to his duties and executing responsibilities and driving operational excellence. Ensuring accuracy in all operational activities related to agent management. Delivering exceptional service and maintaining agent satisfaction Understanding of marketing principles and materials management, contributing to effective marketing support for agents.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is a must and preferred in business administration. 1 year of experience in sales planning and agents’ management preferred in E Payment. Good in MS office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Good command of English is a must (written, reading is preferred) Ability to work independently and without supervision. Time Management Excellent communication skills Well organized, Attention to detail and follow-up capabilities Strong problem-solving and resolution skills Proficiency in using data management tools (e.g., Google Sheets) * Customer-centric mindset
