Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum eight years of experience in project management. Previous experience in executive companies, particularly in: Construction contracting firms.

Mechanical and electrical works companies. Infrastructure and drainage construction companies. Pools and Lakes construction companies.

Sewage treatment plants construction companies. Water desalination plants construction companies.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Skills:

Proficient in project management software, including MS Project and Primavera. Fluent in English.

Job Description:

The Project Manager will lead the Projects Department in our company, overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Leadership:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure project success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Qualification and Oversight:

Evaluate project feasibility and manage project qualification processes. Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Team Management:

Build and lead a high-performing project team. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Address and resolve issues or conflicts promptly.

Project Documentation:

Ensure accurate and comprehensive project documentation. Monitor compliance with project plans and objectives.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Implement risk management procedures to ensure project success.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance processes to meet project standards. Conduct regular project reviews and assessments.

Reporting:

Provide regular project status updates to senior management. Prepare comprehensive project reports.
