Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supervising a team of professionals. They will oversee operational processes, analyze performance data, and make recommendations for improvements. The Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Implement changes and enhancements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and optimize resource utilization.
Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of operational tasks and transactions.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Identify and mitigate operational risks through effective controls and monitoring mechanisms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments such as finance, risk management, and customer service to address operational challenges and achieve organizational objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and drive alignment.
Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track operational KPIs and monitor progress towards goals.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for further improvement and strategic decision-making.
