- Writing administrative reports comprehensively.
- Organizing appointments for official meetings and visits.
- Arranging and preparing the agenda.
- Attending meetings and preparing reports summarizing the proceedings and decisions of the meeting.
- Scheduling interviews and meetings for the executive manager according to his agenda.
- Organizing and coordinating files, records, and documents.
- Making all necessary reservations for the CEO.
- Preparing reports for the CEO.
- Communicating with various departments and ensuring the implementation of administrative decisions as agreed upon.
- Directing calls, both internal and external, to the relevant departments.
- Properly preparing for conferences and meetings and organizing suitable venues.
- Supervising the implementation of tasks and recommendations discussed in meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Three years of practical experience in secretarial and administrative affairs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Practical experience in Microsoft Office programs.
Language Skills: Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and spoken, enabling seamless communication and comprehension of complex ideas.
Computer Skills: Expertise in utilizing computer programs, ensuring efficient navigation, task execution, and adaptability to new software.
Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, fostering clear understanding, rapport, and tailored communication approaches
