Cloud and System Engineer

INTECH Automation Intelligence is looking for an energized and capable Cloud & System Engineer/IT Support Engineer.

General responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Support in managing IT infrastructure.
• Support in managing office network and keep it operational.
• Install and configure Operating Systems, Applications etc.
• Provide support to global users in their IT related issues (good communication skill is mandatory).
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose/solve hardware/software faults.
• Maintain office equipment e.g. Photocopier, Printers, Projectors
• Support in maintaining IP PBX and to keep all extensions operational.
• Support in maintaining network switches and keep them operational.
• Support in maintaining servers and keep them operational.
• Advance level knowledge of Domain controller and active directory.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization. 

1. Candidate must have done BS Computer Science/IT from a reputable university.
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
3. Has experience around 2-3 years.
4. Support in maintaining servers and keep them operational.
5. Advance level knowledge of Domain controller and active directory.
6. Basic knowledge of virtualization and PBX.
7. Support in managing IT infrastructure.
8. Support in managing office network and keep it operational.
9. Install and configure Operating Systems, Applications etc.
10. MUST have good hands-on experience on below cloud services :

• On the management of MS Azure Entra ID, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Design and deploy Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
