Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. You will play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
