Description
Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices. Ensure network scalability, reliability, and performance to meet the organization's requirements.
Implement network segmentation and VLANs to enhance security and optimize traffic flow. Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS and endpoint security solutions. Monitor network performance, traffic, and security events using monitoring tools. Analyze network data to identify trends, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues proactively. Implement Quality of Service (QoS) policies to prioritize network traffic and ensure optimal performance for critical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and development teams, to support business initiatives and projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, NSE4, or equivalent.
1-3+ years of experience in network engineering and security roles. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN. 3-Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN. Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on security and compliance
