Job Description

  • Managing the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over,
  • execution planning, monitoring, and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish
  • all project goals.
  • Manage projects within agreed governance structures and processes, to ensure consistency of approach and
  • efficient use of resources.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop project specifications, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables,
  • resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Supports the organization in process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project
  • execution.


  • Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
  • Monitor progress against the schedule and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Drive project execution; track delivery; expect, monitor, and control change, own change management; pro
  • actively seek and resolve blockers.


  • Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems and provide and communicate
  • timely information to relevant parties.
  • Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous
  • improvement. Contribute to the provision of documentation for new or improved processes, products, and
  • services and to ensure that good practice is disseminated throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate all aspects of project management, including project planning, resource allocation, and project
  • implementation.


  • Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization.
  • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities are
  • identified and pursued.
  • Manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional
  • communications and assured expectation management.


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and assess potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop contingency plans and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve conflicts, issues, and challenges that arise during the project.
  • Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, change orders, and meeting
  • minutes.


  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure proper documentation for legal, financial, and record-keeping purposes.
  • Ensure the successful completion and handover of the project to the client.
  • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, ensuring contract close-out and its acknowledgment by the customer.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for future projects
