Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.HR Specialist responsibilities include setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and a solid knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
Communication & Working Relationships:
Internal: Personnel & Medical Insurances & GOSI & Support HR
External: Recruitment Agencies for driver
Responsibilities:
- Addition & delete employee in medical insurance.
- Manage and update administrative work such as preparing attendance, contracts, job offers identification letters...etc. Ensure the distribution of paychecks to all organizational employees.
- Respond to inquiries from government representatives about the organization and its operation & employees to provide accurate information.
- Prepare any support documents or data that the Government Dept. would use during government meetings/negotiations and report finished documents for sign-off and escalate any issues or problems.
- Reception Drivers and Dispatcher drivers.
- Reviewing government agencies and the concerned authorities to clear them from work, their employees and workers
- Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status
- Responsible for maintaining personnel files
- Responsible for workers’ room for labour – drivers- technician
- Receiving new workers and providing them with suitable housing
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation
- Additional new employees in the Oracle system
- Follow up time sheet with payroll Dept.
- Solve driver issues & follow up with the main HR Office driver’s status.
- conduct personal interviews with candidates and coordinate follow-up interviews with direct managers. Results in serious injury to or the death of a worker.
- Add employees to GOSI
- Update the contract in Qiwa and add new employees
- Responsible for all GOVT. web site( MUQEEM – mudad – qiwa )
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience from 1-3 Year
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Outlook).
