Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and supporting the HR department. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are accurately filed and up to date.
- Assist with the performance management process, including administering employee evaluations, tracking performance metrics, and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Support the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters, such as benefits, payroll, and leave policies.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR system implementations.
- Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
