Overview of the role:
As Commercial Executive your primary responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new as well as existing corporate clients, Academic Institutions, Embassies, travel agencies and other partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative product and services offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
• Maintain admin records and monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with accounts and collections team to ensure debts are minimized
• Maintain corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation.

Clear evidence of sales achievements
Have Business to Business consultative sales skills
Evidence of sales through multi level decision makers
Target oriented and driven to exceed demanding challenges
Responsible for developing new revenues
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide support to the sales department to ensure consistent department growth.
Enhance both Lease and Rental revenues and contribute to achieve budget targets for all Thrifty
Execute marketing and brand awareness strategies
Ensure all marketing activity is managed effectively
To ensure effective management of marketing budgets
Team player with evidence of building cross business support
Required Skills to be successfu:
Minimum Experience : Minimum 3 year in Admin / sales / Customer relation
Job-Specific Skills : PC- literate : MS-Office, Valid Oman Driving license
Behavioural Competencies : Interpersonal Skills, Ability to work under
Pressure. Good Verbal & Written Communication, Decision making Tact, Strong Administrative skills. Ability to motivate self and team.
