Job Description

Assist with the design, development, and testing of engineering projects. Conduct research and analysis to support project requirements and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations. Perform routine tasks such as data collection, analysis, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers. Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of engineering systems and equipment. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and professional development.

Personal Skills

Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, Python, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

Technical Skills

Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3+.
