The position will include the following duties and responsibilities: 1. Support & manage the day to day business of the start up manager and the team, e.g. travel arrangements, accommodation, cars, cell-phones, appointments for the team, etc. 2. Organize the documentation according to the company documentation standards. 3. Organize the mailing, filing to suppliers and the customer. 4. Support the start up manager in the preparation of claims and change orders. 5. Preparation, filling and distribution of the weekly and monthly reports to the customer and the company head office. 6. Organize the visa applications for the employees , forwarding this to the PRO. 7. Support the start up manager at the cost control. 8. Organize the orders for office material and tools.
