Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communication with clients, generating leads, providing customer support, and making sales. The Telesales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and meeting sales targets set by the company.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Experience in customer support and handling queries
  • Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good soft skills to offer exceptional customer service on a regular basis.
  • Minimum undergraduate education in communication, business management or relevant sectors.
