Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
2. Show properties to potential buyers and tenants and provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property.
3. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease on behalf of clients.
4. Maintain a strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Collaborate with other real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals to build a strong network and referral base.
7. Attend property viewings, inspections, and meetings with clients.
8. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other documents accurately and professionally.
9. Follow up with clients to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues that arise during the buying or renting process.
10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of real estate Dubai experience
- Valid UAE driver's license preferable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of successful deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM software
