Job
PurposeThe Junior
Accountant will be responsible for supporting various accounting activities,
ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with local
accounting regulations in Dubai.
Roles and
Responsibilities- Assist in
basic accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
general ledger entries.
- Help in
preparing financial statements and reports.
- Ensure
compliance with local accounting standards and regulations in Dubai.
- Assist in
the preparation of tax filings and ensure adherence to tax laws and
regulations.
- Support the
finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Contribute
to the implementation of financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate
with other departments to ensure accurate financial information.
Requirements- Bachelor’s
degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-3 years
of experience in an accounting role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity
with the accounting systems and regulations in Dubai.
- Understanding
of basic accounting principles and practices.
Skills- Strong
numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient
in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Attention
to detail and accuracy.
- Good
organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective
communication skills.
