Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to understand the demand for Southeast Asian labor in Saudi Arabia.Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business development.
2.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify potential international clients in KSA interested in hiring Southeast Asian labor.
Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
3.Business Development:Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns targeted towards Korean clients and other international.
4.Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and HR to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to source and match Southeast Asian laborers with the requirements of Korean and other international clients.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in marketing, business development, or client management, preferably with exposure to the Korean and international market in KSA.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
4.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
5.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
