Job Purpose
The Marketing &
Communications Specialist for our Client is responsible for managing online and offline
communication channels to enhance brand awareness and engage with clients
effectively. This role focuses on promoting products and services, coordinating
promotional material design and distribution, and maintaining branding
consistency across various platforms.
Key Responsibility areas & activities
Promotion and Branding:
- Promote client's products and services through various marketing channels.
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and ensure distribution across online and offline channels.
- Develop templates and guidelines to maintain branding consistency.
Advertising and Outreach:- Advertise the company and its offerings through diverse media platforms.
- Plan and organize interviews and press conferences as necessary.
Content Creation and Engagement:- Produce engaging marketing copy for the company's website.
- Create and send regular newsletters with updates about client and its subsidiaries.
Performance Tracking and Networking:- Track the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Participate in social media groups and professional platforms to engage with potential clients.
Client Interaction and Feedback:- Monitor client's corporate website and social media pages to address client queries and comments promptly.
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to increase brand awareness.
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product development teams.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
‒Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a
relevant field.
‒Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or
similar role, preferably with familiarity in both B2B and B2C advertising
campaigns.
Job Specific Skills:
‒Proficiency in web content management tools like
WordPress.
‒Experience in utilizing MS Office suite for various
marketing tasks.
‒Knowledge of SEO principles and hands-on experience
with Google Analytics.
‒Demonstrated expertise in crafting compelling
marketing copy and newsletters.
