المهام والمسؤوليات:

- إدارة التشغيل بالكامل تشمل المشتريات، الصيانة، وتحسين شكل الفروع أمام العملاء وفي التطبيقات.

- مراجعة التقارير مع المحاسبة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والسنوية.

- توثيق وتحديث الإجراءات التشغيلية في كتيب شامل واستخدامه في التدريب والتطبيق اليومي.

- تحقيق النمو في الإيرادات وإدارة التكاليف زيادة الإيرادات وخفض التكاليف التشغيلية.

- تحسين رضا العملاء وتطوير الموظفين زيادة رضا العملاء وتحسين مهارات الفريق.

- الاتصال المباشر بالعملاء عند وجود أي شكاوى وتقليل تعويضات العملاء.

- التوسع في السوق وإدارة المشاريع افتتاح فروع جديدة وإدارة مشاريع التطوير.

- الامتثال والسلامة الوفاء بمتطلبات الامتثال وتحقيق صفر مخالفات بلدية.

-التشغيل الفعّال والجودة تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وضمان جودة المنتجات.

- الاستدامة والابتكار تطبيق ممارسات مستدامة وتحفيز الابتكار في العمليات وتطوير المنتجات .

- إعداد التقارير الدورية تغطي جميع جوانب العمليات بالتعاون مع المحاسبة.

We are looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team in Jeddah. If you have strong experience in the restaurant industry, are currently located in Jeddah for interviews and hiring, and are looking for an opportunity to manage operations and achieve growth and development, you might be the right person for this job.

Essential Requirements:

• Possession of a car
• Experience in the restaurant industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Jeddah area
• Preference for candidates currently residing in Jeddah

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Full Operations Management: Oversee procurement, maintenance, and the improvement of branch appearance for customers and in applications.
• Report Review: Collaborate with accounting to ensure the achievement of monthly and annual goals.
• Operational Procedures Documentation: Document and update operational procedures in a comprehensive manual for training and daily application.
• Revenue Growth and Cost Management: Achieve revenue growth and manage costs by increasing revenues and reducing operational costs.
• Customer Satisfaction and Employee Development: Enhance customer satisfaction and improve team skills.
• Direct Customer Interaction: Address any customer complaints and minimize customer compensation.
• Market Expansion and Project Management: Open new branches and manage development projects.
• Compliance and Safety: Meet compliance requirements and achieve zero municipal violations.
• Effective Operations and Quality: Improve operational efficiency and ensure product quality.
• Sustainability and Innovation: Apply sustainable practices and foster innovation in operations and product development.
• Periodic Reporting: Prepare periodic reports covering all aspects of operations in collaboration with accounting.
