As a Logistics specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of logistics principles and practices, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
2. Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials to customers.
3. Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
4. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve any logistics-related issues.
5. Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Create and maintain documentation related to logistics activities, including shipping records and inventory reports.
7. Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures related to logistics operations.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in logistics and supply chain management.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
