The Role: We're seeking an exceptional HR Manager- People & culture who will champion our organization's commitment to fostering a vibrant culture that embodies our values, create dynamic work environment, attract & retain top talent. 


Responsibilities for People & Culture Leader 


1. Cultural Evolution


Design and implement a forward-thinking cultural strategy


Foster continuous learning, innovation, and calculated risk-taking


Align organizational culture with our mission and values


2. Talent Magnetism & Development


Craft a compelling talent acquisition and retention strategy


Develop career pathways and learning programs for employee growth


Position the company as an employer of choice in the tech industry


3. Organizational Effectiveness


Partner with leadership on agile organizational design


Implement data-driven performance management systems


Lead change management initiatives during growth phases


4. Leadership Excellence


Develop and execute impactful leadership programs


Coach executives and managers on strategic leadership


Create robust succession planning strategies


5. Employee Experience & Wellbeing


Innovate work-life integration for a diverse workforce


Implement holistic wellbeing programs (physical, mental, financial)


Design and measure employee engagement initiatives


Requirements:


- 2+ years of experience in Human Resource - People & culture, preferably in IT Industry. 
- Proven expertise in Leadership, People & Culture, talent management, and employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or CS.
